The Wii lies..lol
oh golly how does this make sense…
I weighed in exactly a week ago at 211…
I weigh in today and I have gained 3 pounds in a week so the Wii board says…
bs my bf calls he checks himself knowing at the beginning of the week he weighs 147 from the dr office.
he has dropped 7 pounds so says the Wii in a week.
I check myself again 2-3minutes late I have yet again gained 3 pounds in that short time
…really Wii Fit??
So Im just going to measure myself for now and we have to get a ole fashioned scale..yeaH baby I have always wanted them but im broke and they are pricey lol

What made me excited was that I spent 30 minutes on the Wii Fit Plus Today!
I wasn’t really super duper trying to do much of anything, but just get started and see how many calories I could lose today and have fun! I wasn’t really going for a big goal.
I lost 199 calories and when I went back to check my balance it checks your weight again to and I was 210.5 lbs and that really excited me!
I mean ya woop dee doo it’s only half a pound, but I looked at it as half a pound in 30 minutes of not really trying and I had fun..imagine what could happen if I was pushing, trying to do something while still having fun hopefully it could be 1-5 pounds in no time and more to come! So it gave me a boost of self confidence!
When I was 14-15 yrs old I did weight about 240 though and I got down to 150 something. It was amazing!! I looked great, had cute curves, and loved the way I looked and could fit into my goal pants my skinnier friend had given me which were these like green, multi pocket and zipper pants. I was the bomb. Then I went through a lot of stress and boy issues and sky rocketed back up to where I am now and never went down again.
I had a taste of being smaller with the curves I want. I’m really in it for the clothes. Wearing the styles I love. Feeling even more sexy. I’m comfy with who I am. I’d pose naked in a heart beat and have but I like anyone else could change a few things about myself and be a bit happier. So yeah.I wanna keep my curves, and big butt lmao!!
But the tummy pouch can go a small one is workable. Need a lil something but who knows I may decided to go further than my set goal. But for now that goal is a great starter weight to be.
whats going on!
while I was away i gained a pound then dropped it then i went back up one and down half..lmao..but I hadnt been working on it til now here is a lil cap of whats going on.
I made a lil chart that I have to write in everyday of what I do and eat. and every Saturday I will weigh in and see any changes if any. If not it’s still okay because at least Im being active. We set Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for main workout days and all the other I obviously can but not totally. I dont feel you need to do something hardcore everyday but a lil something is cool even if its just the wii or dancing while you clean the house!
Today my bf,s sister(48), his niece (11) and I did Jillian Michael’s pilates ball workout thing and mine hat was a generic one and we used the big balls..the weighted balls, bands, and even though some of it was a lil crazy with us rolling all around we still did over an hour of it and are sore and holy moly even more tomorrow morning. lol It was great..Im having a wonderful time so far doing this!
Put good use to those old, loose shirts when you’ve lost the weight!
Hey! I found your blog when i looked up the air climber & I'm still pretty young but I wanna get into shape, so just wondering has the air climber given you any results?
Hey hun! My mother uses things like the air climber constantly and when she got that she really liked it. She gets nice results. She went from I’ll say a size 8 US pants to a size 2 US pants and she fluctuates between 2 and 4. It works really well for her.
I myself dont use it as often. I like it but I’m more old fashioned and dont need the air in stepper. Just a normal stepper would suit me. If I used it as regular as I should I know it would do really well. You just have to remember as you get stronger and able to do more time and steps to change your harness levels. Now when I was younger and used a stepper similar to it along with other workouts and stuff I went from a size 22 to 24 in pants to a size 14. It all depend son your body, the way you take care of yourself, and the speed of your own personal routine.
I hope that helped. I hope you can achieve your goal hun. Just always remember that it doesnt matter what other people think. It’s all about pleasing yourself and if you can do that you’re the best looking person out there
